Let me know about the construction, amenities and other details.
Q: Please let me know whether the builder of this project is Bhanu Constructions, whose head office is at Kalyan Nagar. I have a plan to buy one of the apartment in Bhanu Symphony. I want to know if this project was also done by the same builder as I don't have any other source to know about this builder and their previous projects. Please help.

I went to Bhanu Symphony. Few things i want to share, might be useful for others. It is under construction and according to them by August Apartment will be ready to occupy. All the flats are well ventilated. Flats which does not have balcony have open space. It is sorrounded by residential personnel houses. there is no other apartments..within 100 mtr. There is no cauvery water supply. There is only borewell facility. I has only 2Bhk/3Bhk no 1BHK or 1.5 bhk. According to them all most all flats are sold and few are remaining. My comments to replies
I did some research on their previous projects which is located at Kammnahali. The project name is Bhanu Paradise located near Jala Vayu Vigar. I enquired with the near by people. However, the response from them was the construction quality is not good and poor. I had an opportunity to talk with one of the owner from the same apartment where he posted a adv to sell a flat at Bhanu Paradise. I could not recollect his name. But, when I spoke to him, he also said the construction quality is not good and was not giving a positive reply. The above said project was done my Bhanu Constructions some 5yrs before. I am not sure what I should do. If anyone apart from me had an opportunity to do some research on this builder, please post your comments here so that it helps.
Hello, One doubt . Bhanu Paradise is constructed by DS-MAX builder. One More apartment "Bhanu Pride" was constructed by Bhunu Construction.
