Q: The possession for A,B,C,D blocks has started. Is the builder providing occupancy certificates to the flat owners?

Q: I am planning to buy an apartment at Mahaveer Marvel. the flat opens to the lake. I have seen a sewage canal just outside the perimeter wall. Does this are stink due to sewage problem or excessive mosquito. Also is there a problem of waterlogging?
