We want to sell our apartment in Star Court in Jaypee Greens. What will be a good price?
Q: We have a 1461 sq. ft property in the posh Jaypee Greens. It is called Star Court. It is still under construction and we want to sell it off. What price should we be looking at

My comments to replies
The current rate of a 2bhk flat in Greater Noida will be in between Rs 40lakhs to Rs 50lakhs.
But is this not too low??
