Buying Flat in Ittina
Q: Hi, I just want to buy a flat in Ittina Akkala, I was told by Builder that there are 3 pent houses available on 10th floor of area 1535 and 1625 sq. feet.The flats are available in Wings B and H.Can anyone please confirm if there are any issues with the prpoerty on 10th floor or if I can go ahead with the property

Latest Answer: Take legal expert advice from a lawyer, i was planning to buy the apartments on 10th floor. The ones that are not sold yet are all unapproved.
