Possession date of Queeenstown.
Q: Hi Guys,Any idea when possesion is planned for Queeenstown? I am waiting for last 1.5yrs and still no signs of completion. It is getting delayed definitely. I was told by the builder, project is completed, but some govt certificates not received yet. Have anyone seen the project recently. I stay in Bangalore.

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by 2013. Did you contact the builder recently?
Oh!....I checked 2 weeks back and they confirmed of possession by this month (June'12). Yesterday also sales girl mentioned of possession already started when I posed as a new buyer.

Is this the project which is getting construction at Kharadi by Gulmohar Development?
This project by Gulmohar Development is adjecent to Kumar Primose and Opposite to Forest County. 3 eleven stories buildings
