Hello, for bank loans you can contact the nearest banks... I guess many leading banks are providing.
Friends silver gardenia have a project commencements certificate and sanction plan copy by approved by PCMC and also having title search report of property just apart from NA order we had submitted all documents in bank,NA process started from Month of April End and we have submitted all required documents,but it will be a govt.process so takes time.now it will be done within a week then it will be submit in bank and bank will start loan disbursement,also construction work is on plinth level, So kindly without fear book your property

Mr. Nikhil If you are interested for booking then book your flat because NA approvals is a govt.process it will taking time,whenever getting then we can share those documents.

I am sure we are not miss-guid customer every one knowing silver gardenia project NA Approvals is on process with proves of NA Application letter,submission of other all required document ,and other approvals are place.belive us r organisation wanted to transferancy in deal because its matter of Lacks of amount not a thousand rupees and kindly visit all new launch project at PCMC and Pune same issues happen on number of project.so don't take confusion

NA order will get within few days after that may be chances to increase the Per Sq.Ft Rates, so if you r interested then book the flat before 25th of July.

hi, recnetly we visited both project, silver dardenia and celestal city, n wish ti book a flat in silver gardnia,we r four peoples and wish to buk four flats in one floor,but found that silver gardenia is not having a clear title n we all did like it much,so wh 2 do,should we go ahead or go for celestal city...
Hi Rajat, thanks to visit our project and we having committeemen letter from pcmc and project approved plan.bank also accepted our project master file and waiting NA order when it will getting 2nd day project will be approved in all bank, If u wanted to confirm it call me on 9595887722 this number will give you Bank employee phone number those help you for loan process.
