Commercial shops built on residential space
Q: In Bangalore, can the owner of a residential plot, construct shops on his land and rent them out? If there is a provision for the same, what are the rules or procedure to do the same?

Latest Answer: Yes aperson can construct a commercial shop on his residential land but to give the shop for rent he have to take permission from the concern department. After the approval only he can give the shop for rent.
