Construction quality and price
Q: Hi I wanted to know if anyone has bought any flats in Eden Park in Aditya Constructions. How are the flats and what was the price your bought it for?

still back to me same question..anyone recently booked at Aditya Eden Park and if so whats the final price that they are quoting? I tried bargaining with them but it seems 2400 is the rock bottom price that they are ready to offer

The price of the flats in Eden Park ranges from Rs 47.83lakhs to Rs 58.56lakhs.
Any idea as to what is the tentative persqft rate at which they are finalizing now!
