KSR ICON Appartment
Q: KSR is a cheap builder and the material what they have used are very low quality. Seems he doesnt have construction experience. I have booked flat in KSR and now I'm struggling alot. Everything is worst. Delivery is also 6months late. PRoject is very small eventhough they couldn't able to deliver it. I would suggest please dont buy any flats belong to this Builder. When I was booked they didnt show the burial ground and now we could see the burial ground next to the compund wall.

My comments to replies
The project is still under construction and it is expected to get completed by the year 2014. It provides modern amenities like Club house,Meditation area,Amphitheatre,Jogging tracks,Wi Fi systems,Water cascade,Home automation system etc.
Do you know anybody who has purchased a flat here? Is there any information about the builder? His background and previous projects delivery?
