Hi All Commonfloor users,How is Sumadhuras builder?I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in Sumadhuras Vasantham near Hoodi, Whitefield. I visited the site and found that its an industrial area. How can some builder get approval for a residential project around such area? Please share your thoughts.

I have just booked a flat in Vasantham . to my knowledge the builder seems to be Ok. i am yet to get legal documents from the builder in order to go for the legal verifications. will let u know once i receive them. meanwhile u can keep me updated if u get any information on this. Hi Nagaraju,

Hi Sriram, Thanks for sharing information. Even, I have just booked the flat in "Sumadhura's Vasantham". Yesterday I called up them for legal documents and they said that they are waiting from landlord, it seems they already submitted docs to landlord. I think we can suspect in a week for legal documents. Can we create some group for our apartment mates to exchange the information and progress on the project.
Yes sure nagaraju, may be we can create a group and keep in touch with all who have booked flats and exchange information as and when required.
