THE SAME BUILDER HAS 3 COMPANIES ALL BY DIFFERENT NAMES.
Q: AND PLS DO NOT GO AS PER HIS WORDS AS THE FLOWERY PROMISES WILL NEVER BE COMPLETED.I AM THE OWNER OF 8 PLOTS IN AERO VIEW AND EVEN AFTER 3 YEARS OF BUYING NO DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN DONE BY THE BUILDER IN THE SAME AS PER HIS COMMITMENT GIVEN TO US AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE..ONLY A PIECE OF ALL HIS PROJECT WILL BE MAINTAINED WELL TO TRAP THE CLIENTS, COMMITTING THE SAME QUALITY WORK IN ALL THE PHASES BUT UR INVESTMENT WILL BE TAKEN FOR A JOY RIDE.I HAVE GONE LEGAL VIA CASE NO 4562/03/2013/KAR. IN BANGALORE CONSUMER COURT..PLS FEEL FREE TO CALL ME BEFORE GETTING TRAPPED BY THIS BUILDER..I HV DONE A MISTAKE SO DO NOT WANT OTHERS TO BE

HI Manish. Even i have 2 plots in phase one purchased 5 yrs back. Been there recently but no more develeopment has happened in the past 2-3 years. I even tried their office nos but i believe they have changed the nos and office. Do let me know what plan of action have u decided. I have ready to join you. Thanks AmitHI Manish.
