How to use 860 sq.ft Land
Q: i have a 860 sq.ft land in chennai & i am giving it to builder for redevelopment. He is telling that residential apartment is not possible. Please advise [Is residential apartment possible or not - if yes then how many sq.ft could be built] in case commercial is built. how many shops could be built. Please advise.
