Hi Lakshmi and Vamshi, I am sudheen from Bangalore - Indirangar. I am planning to buy two sites - 30*40. Avg cost per sq feet is 1200rs. I will be getting more details on exact site number soon. I have visited Upkar thrice in last 2 weeks. I have four options now and I am very much confused with these options. Can any one please suggest your idea as you already own a site in Upkar and I can as well become a member of your group very soon. My four options 1) buy two 30*40 next to each other in 130 site number series so that it will be 60*40 2) buy one 30*40 in 130 range and one near Water tank i.e. in 300 series 3) Buy only one site in 300 series (i.e. near to water tank) 4) buy only one site in 130 series (i.e near to big park) Can you please let me know whether my idea of buying 2 sites of 30*40 is good or should I stick on to only one.
