Hello, for bank loans you can contact the nearest banks... I guess many leading banks are providing.
RohanConstruction/Shrikant, please let us know if we got NA approval on this project? If so then can you share those documents with us once we book a flat before registration? We are interested in booking a flat there.

Shrikant On 10th June, you have posted you will get approval in 8 days, now you are saying it will take time. when we have enquired at the site office, sales team told us that all NA and other approvals are in place. How could customer trust on this?

Thank you for clarification Shirkant. We also expect a transparancy from the builder. Any issues/queries can be resolved or understood if both the parties are cooperative and transparent. We will have a site visit on wkend for booking.

Every time they are saying another 10-15 days.. This really raises doubts in our mind if builder is genuinely trying or if there are any issues getting this land NA? People who hav booked flat, shld not go for agreement.Once agreement is done you are bound to make payments whether NA is done or not. You wont get finance from nationalised banks and u will have to go for non coop banks whose interest wud b higher and w/o NA wud b difficult to resale ur flat..

Agree with Rajat, me and my couple of friends are also interested in booking but only when N.A. sanction. So we will wait for couple of weeks for N.A. and if builder can provide it then we will book immediately.
