hi Rajat, I will recommend Silver Gardenia to you , just talk to Shrikant and go for it...
thanx rajarani 4 guiding us,but as we hv been told ,NA will bdone in 10-15 days,we decided to wait for that time as we did like the project,.but regarding mr.shrikant,before booking the flat,it is naturalthat every1 will get it cleared @ tiltle n all as unlike gardenia, there r several new upcoming projects coming up with clear title,lets hope for good,,n wait as the time they hv mentioned is not much.
