Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy 2BHK flats at NGV. But its pretty old designed. So please help me with following queries. 1) As you guys are staying there, so you better know about the quality of structure.Is it ok to put granite flooring ? Hopefully association would not cause any issue while doing the renovation. 2) Hopefully the club house is available to all flats owner. Do i need to pay some additional amount to owner association before using it? If yes then how much, any idea? 3) I did not seeing any marking in Parking lots, is it really alloted to that flats? How is the trend there? It seems people are parking their vehicle in others parking area? I asked this question to owner but did not get convincing reply. So if you people can clear the air for me then it will really help me to take decision. My main worry is the renovation work.I dont want to take headache of indulging in altercation with my neighbour and association. Please guide me. Thanks

Latest Answer: the buildings are well built. any issues is due to mismanagement and carelessness of association members. in some buildings where people are proactive - no issues are there. there is a big mall coming up nearby - NPS school is in the premises. prices are going up here. buy it if you want without delay. club is separate membership. no reserved car parking, but you can park easily 5 cars. lots of space available. renovation you can do as you like. no issues
