Guys who have booked a flat in Jain Swadesh, please respond with your feedback on the project.
Q: Has anyone booked a flat in Jain swadesh? I visited the site and it looks pretty good. But I want to get in touch with someone who has already booked a flat before proceeding. The marketing person told me that 40 flats have been sold so far. Surprising not to see any comments from these 40 people. Guys who have booked a flat in Jain swadesh, please respond with your feedback on this project.

Latest Answer: One possible reason could be delay in acquiring the necessary BBMP/BDA approvals. If you'd observe, Mantri has only 14 floors in each tower despite having much more area than Swadesh. Another reason is the 2BHK are actually South-East facing. The 3BHK are all North-West facing.
