Q: Today we saw two projects mahindra ashvita and prjaya megapolis. Mahindra is quoting 4200/sft whereas prajay is quoting 330/sft.

Though there is good difference in pricing, you may consider following points: 1. Look at the pace/quality of work of Mahindras. This is going well on time, even they have solid track record of timely completion with good quality 2. The premium which is being paid for such branded township over others, it always carries throughout the period. For example: flat at Myhome Navadeepa will always be costlier than other gated communities 3. Flats with national brand always have higher liquidity.
