To buy a flat near Iyyappanthangal:
Q: I am looking to buy a flat near Iyyappanthangal in oil mill road (opp. to depot). Any known issues or problems...? I heard underground water around Iyyappanthangal area is rich in iron content and yellowish in color. Can someone please advise if it is a good location to buy flats in and around oil mill area...?

There are 2bhk flats available for sale at Royal Prince and Abhinayam Flat. The price of the flat will be in between Rs 25lakhs to Rs 32lakhs.
