Is is worth buying flat in SNS Arcade in Old Airport road, Bangalore?
Q: I am looking for a 2 BHK apartment near Old Airport road and came up with a property in SNS Arcade which is 20 yrs build. The apartment is renovated from inside. Is is worth buying the apartment and I will be taking a 15 yr loan for this? Is it worth... Waiting for your value suggestions?

Thanks for you reply... The flat is at top floor(6th floor) with 1070sqft. The owner is asking for 42L. I am not seeing the apartment value to be 42L.
