Thanks for your response. I guess even the portion near the dressing room is not included in the dimension. Including that will make it 73%. I am planning to visit the builder today to confirm this and will post what transpires. I am planning to make the initial payment this week. I asked about SBI approval for this project. The sales person Karthik said they have the approval.
But he mentioned that if we go with SBI loan it has to be done through their agent. When asked for the reason he said that they had some problems with their Sawan project SBI loan approvals. So they were thinking of not going with SBI for Srinivasam. But this agent ensured that they will get proper SBI approval and so loans have to go through him. I was not convinced with the reply.

I think Sumadhura Srinivasam claims that the carpet area is 73%. Did anyone use the dimensions given in the brochure for any apartment (including balcony) and see if you get 73% carpet area? I get only 70%. I am not sure if I am missing something or the plan in the brochure is different due to BBMP approval process. In my understanding, the duct area, wall thickness is not covered in the 73%. Please correct me if wrong.

I computed for B08. It comes to 1271.5. I verified multiple times. Did they give a plan different from the brochure?
