Maintenance Charges
Q: I bought a new flat. all amount cleared only vat is pending. now builder asking maintainance for one year. most of the flat owners had took the possession of the flats.they are paying maintainance from 1st june 2012. but I didn't take the keys yet. so is it necessary to pay the maintainance at this level. i planned to take position after 6 months. so kindly tell me should i pay the maintainance.for investment purpose I booked this flat.
