Bank asking for irrelevant documents for registration.
Q: Hi, I have a flat which I bought 20years back in a prime location in Kolkata . I have been paying tax, electricity bills and maintenance charges at regular basis without even living there. Now I wanted to sell the flat, the buyer has submitted all the required documents to AXIS BANK, KOLKATA 2 months back but the bank is suddenly asking for some irrelevant docs which even I had not submitted at the time of my registration. Can anyone guide me how to reply the bank for unnecessary fuss and misguiding the prospective buyer? MIMI CH.

Don't go to Axis bank. They are pathetic
