The property and builder is a fake and a sham. The builder is unable to allot the flats and issue allotment letter. I had booked in 2014. However, one year since my booking and builder has taken money and not issued allotment letter. On being asked, they put blame on building plan approval delay. They are earning interest on it. There is no sense of timeline or urgency and on asking for refund , the builder is not even refunding the money. Its a totally bad project to invest in.
