Q: How do you fix the sale deed price of your flat. Is it same as market value
Latest Answer: There is always difference between sales value and market value. As per my knowledge market value is a value fixed by govt or revenue dept for a area which is interchanged as market value or fair value. The sales deed is usually signed only after both the parties are satisfied and comply with the terms and conditions as said in the agreement. Therefore, I think sales deed price the rate at which you buying property from the builder or seller. You can contact your legal expert for the same. Thank you.
