Any Group for post an compensation ?
Q: Hi Group Members,I purchased a 2BHK in Building 7/ 9th floor and was promised by Runwal for an Aug. 2011 possession, which clearly can be seen still undergoing construction.I recently got a letter from Runwal that building #7 work is delayed due to some uncontrollable factors and will take another 3-4 months to complete.I need to know, Is there any group formed yet, to post an compensation ?Can anyone advise me pls what to do, I atleast should get an reimbursement of my rent which am paying-off ? Thanks Aditya

aditya.... why dont we get together to bring Runwal down... They have been extremely ignorant of our issues and have been going too far misbehaving with their customers... I knw a few venues which will surely get him in action so that the entire project gets over... Else he will continue in that project for next 3-5 years.... which will cause a lot of trouble to the existing ppl who movein... There a couple of pages around Runwal Euphoria on FB... Like it... and we can take it forward from there...

nyone facing this problem of penalty in cash with no documents/supporting etc...? one of my friend who has flat in bldg 7 is asked to pay around 80k
