Hi everyone, I am thinking of buying a flat at Sunny Fort and have decided on some options as available. Based on my recent visits,I understood that work is going on in full swing,although I am not quite sure about the exact completion date. As the project seemed to be very well located and coming up pretty well,I would like to know from all of you that except the ''delay in completion date (wrt what was committed earler)'' issue as mentioned in the forum,how has been the overall experience of you all regarding purchasing flat out there and your dealings with the client people....Your experiences and advises would be of great help for me towards taking final decision.
