Veena Velocity Phase II - Project Status
Q: As far as I know the work has been stopped due to some stay being brought up by the Vasai Municipal Corporation towards the construction based on the responses I received from the booking office of them but I am not totally sure. So I want to know the exact reason and future status of the project.

Latest Answer: i all I am aware about the same as i had booked a Flat in Phase II in Feb 2011 and was assured about the possession in March 2012. But from Nov 11 the construction work is stayed by V V M C the reason provided to me by the builders. Even they have not raised demand letter for bank loan from Nov 2011 the month when the work was stopped. As of Today also the work is not started as i keep on visiting the site every weekend but no results. If you have reference to any Members who own a Flat in Veena Velocity PHASE II request you to please provide me with the same so that we all owners can unite and solve the issue together.

Project status
Q: Hi anyone has booked home at above mentioned project i need to get in touch with you since the work of the project has been stopped from last one year and there is no progress over it. Is anyone aware about the reason towards the same please let me know

Latest Answer: Yeah the possession is already being delayed by 8 months dont know when the work will resume and when the project will get completed Guys please help out if anyone from you can provide details of any members having booked flat over there so that i can coordinate with them and know what further procedure is to be followed
