Approvals for pride springfields, bangalore
Q: I have just booked an apartment in pride Springfield. I would like to know what approvals are still pending for them. I also heard they are charging service tax of 2.5% while agreement is done. please clarify.

Hi. Have given the booking amount of 2L for e block. What is your experience with regard to legal issues particularly encroachment. The sales person did not cut down single price from 4000 apart from so many extra charges. Thanks in advance. RGDS arvind

Any issues people have faced after booking flats in Pride Springfield. Are the papers clean, land approval, BBMP approval, fire approval. I plan to book a flat and any advice would be of great help.
Dear krishna Did you book. I have given the booking amount 2L (4000 psft).did not do much research but now getting worried. Please advise .
