What is resale value of the property at Sri Sai Arcade and do we have any known issues with the property as few people from same apartment placed their ads to sell the property..

Hi all, 2bhk flats are priced around 23-26 lakhs and 3 bhk is around Rs 35-40 lakhs presently in this project..

Reasons can be many. May be they are selling their flats because they are shifting from these place or they are planning to buy flats in some other projects.
Thanks for your comments. I agree with you Rituraj...but would like to clarify on this as three owners are selling at the same time from the same apartment.
