Q: I was planning to buy a plot in Aspen, but heard that there is a litigation that has been raised. Is it resolved, is this property safe to buy ?

No, I dropped my plans of purchasing here since there is no clarity on the litigation. I would rather play it safe than be sorry losing my hard earned money.
Yes, You are right. I too didn't get any details about the litigation part, not sure if it is just a rumor. But I came across another project which is adjacent to Ferns Aspen, and the feedback from existing buyers is good in terms of property title.
