I am interested in buying a 4bhk/3bhk flat in Jalvayu Towers.
Q: Any flats available for sale. I have recently retired from Airforce and intend to settle down in New Town Kolkata. Jalvayu Towers suits my background.

I just wonder,is these apartment available for civilians? I heard owner can sell to anyone after 3 years. Any guidance on re-sale rule will be really appreciated.
