I would like to give my apartment for rent.
Q: I have done the complete woodwork i.e closing all cupboards and lofts in all the bedrooms and kitchen : fans and lights wherever required. Would like to know what rent this apartment will fetch.

My apartment is in La Celeste, Mugalivakkam . It has 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms
I think , u can fetch 20,000 as rent, since the tenant also has to pay some 3000 rs as maintenance. nowadays, people r not much bothered abt woodwrk, lights etc....,since i have also rented out a 3 bhk flat at mugalivakkam with all interiors as you said for a nominal amount only...
