Can someone help by providing some feedbacks on SBB and their project SBB Touchstone in Whitefield? What are the other projects that SBB has built? Has there been any problems pertaining to any of those projects? How about the quality of construction and project hand-over? What is the current price and to what extent is this negotiable?

me and my friend have booked a flat in SBB Touchstone..its a sister company to DNA Opulence(one of there completed project near sbb touchstone(borowell road). Also balajai sapthigiri,balalji residency is also one of there past project in brookfield. As Online much info was not avalaible about the builder, so we had spoken to few dna residents..they were satisfied with the builder quailty of constructions and also timely completion. we liked the floor plan as 2bhk were quite spacious. We have done the booking and planning for the agreement by next 10 days around navratri...project has got pre aprroval from SBI and hdfc banks. hi vijay,

i have visited the project , i feel so the areas they are offering are very spacious and they have utilised the space to its best

i booked almost 3 week back, they were quoting 3200, but we bargained for 2950.

One of my uncle is in SBI, project is been handled by AVS nirmala(sbi lawyer) for loan approval, and uncle assured all legal r cleared,w e can go ahead with agreement. If you have any info on legal issues please share. thanks
