Why the Neptune Swarajya has still not completed any one sector what he is committed to the customers while booking(i.e. he confirm that the customer will get the possession of the flats with 03 years of time. I think it is already 3 years have passed, but non of the sector has been given ready by the builder. What is the reason, can any body will answer me.
