Can excavation work get started with the CC?

Completion certificate is issued by the local civic body authority stating the property has been built as per sanctioned plan and is completed.
CC stands for commencement certificate.

Want to know about the DSR infrastructure in general.
Q: Legal issues, quality and do they provide CC/OC for their projects?

Hi Sudhanshu, Even I am planning to buy an apartment in one of their project called DSR White Waters and as per the concern person the project has been approved by BBMP and they are going to provide Occupancy Certificate after the project gets completed.
Hi Harsha, I am planning to buy in DSR grandeur project. Which is in pre launch stage. Did you come across the quality or any legal issues with the previous constructed properties?
