Q: Is buying a Gramathana, non-dc-converted site in Geddalahalli village, Nelamangala Taluk safe? (Developer says I will get khata extract after registration)

Latest Answer: DC Conversion is necessary to use the land for any other purpose. If land conversion is not done the Deputy Commissioner will initiate action and can demolished and brought back to their earlier use and expenses incurred thereon shall be collected from such persons/s as arrears of land revenue.
