Major breakdown happened in building on 22Jan2014. No power. All electric fittings in the buildings are not as per plan. No external electrician can solve these issues forever. The Major Cracks around the building are visible from the road. These cracks are tickled down to inside walls causing seepages. The unknown dampness issues in most of the flats especially the flats near 3BHKs. Unplanned outside parking have been posing major security threats. Thefts have been reported in the building common areas. Water Issues - NO KAveri connection due to ongoing disputes between local contractor and builder on bribe related issues. No provision is provided by builder for separate kaveri connection in the kitchen. Only single borewell exist which also gone down due to issues in 100ft deep inside motor pump. STP
