Q: For a 200 yards house of leased accommodation,100 yards was sold to some other party in 1974.The 100 yards was transfer-ed to my mothers name in 2000. Now we want to reconstruct our 100 yards.As the division is not allowed by l & do. I want to construct a 100 yards of a multistory house with free hold rights and legally approved design.Is there a way out as L & DO only accepts designs of 200 yards only.
