is it a good investment for purchasing a flat in ansal estella. is project approved has builder given money to farmers and no legal hassles liek the one happened in noida.

As I checked the expected possession is in Dec 2013. Delays can be due to expected or unexpected reasons, however please check legal document: Title Insurance: You can also obtain a title insurance directly from a title agent. Allotment letter: Possession letter: Payment Challan: Completion certificate: Original sale deed: Check for clause : penalty to builder upon delayed possession, land approval for residential purpose. Why are you people hiking the price? The property is not getting sold and people are being misguided
Q: The actual cost of 3+1 in the society is 62 lac; however the property dealers are hiking the prices to 85 lac. The site is being misused.

I just received the demand for next payment (dated: 13.July.2012) for tower N. Given that banks are not giving loans for Amrapali Silicon City and even HDFC Bank is holding out on making any payments, should I pay or hold on?
