Q: Hi everyone,I have visited the site and found the location and future plans quite good.I have collected the dossier of legal documents from their Indiranagar office - found the dealings quite shady - unabashed mention of black money, no signboard fearing raids etc!Would like to talk to someone who has already purchased a site here with loan after getting an independent legal opinion.Thanks.- Som.

Hi Som, I heard that the project is approved by BMRDA. You can take advice from your legal expert and cross check the documents.
I am looking to speak to someone who has done a legal verification and proceeded to purchase a site there. They have mentioned that it is BMRDA approved
