Q: My father having a residential house built on 550Sq Yards of land. Of this, 400 SqYards are registered in his name and has only agreement for the remaining 140Sq Yards of land. This agreement was done in 1974. Can he sell the entire 550SqYards / what are the possible ways to handle if there is any issue
