Q: I am looking to buy 1 or 2 bhk flats in Sai gardens. I saw a posting that 1 bhk is available but couldn,t get any contact numbers. Please let me know.My budget is Rs 15-25 lakhs

I did contact the owner and she did respond. Hamlin the woman who claims to be the owner is in USA and she wants me to arrange a lawyer to settle legal stuff.
