Is this a right time to sell my flat?
Q: I have a 2100 sq ft apartment (super area) at Sec-56, plot-82, next to Hongkong market. When is the right time to sell it? I can wait for 3 years if required. I am being offered Rs 1.3 Crores now. It is a GP housing society, almost nine years old. 100% power back up, stilt+6 floors, stilt pkg, garden security and a well managed society, drawing a rent of 25,000 per month.

Latest Answer: I would advice you to advice for some more time. May be the rate will increase after few years.
