Q: Have any of you purchased villa or apartment in Park City / Park City phase II?

Park City is one of the residential developments in Padappai neighborhood of Chennai. It is among the well known Projects of Engineers Estates Madras Pvt Ltd.. It is developed in two phases. The Phase I consists of 65 villas with an option of 2 & 3 BHK of size ranging from 1000 sq. ft. to 1655 sq. ft. (Built-up area).
i would like to interact with more people who have purchased park city.
