Administration and Maintainence Department
Q: Hi, We are staying in a rented apartment at Parsvnath for the last three months, and believe me i have never seen a more poorly organized or more ireesponsible administration department ever. While most admin departments are characterised by poor response, rudeness, slow work and general lethargy - this one here takes the cake in bad handling of residents queries, very very rude staff, complete lack of cohesiveness among staff members and general customer service orientation. The Maintainance is poor at best, with leakages springing everywhere, dirty landings outside the lifts, fire safety equipment that has not been upgraded or maintained since the time of construction of this building. Anyone thinking about renting an apartment here, or purchase of property - would strongly suggest you steer clear of the place unless u r ok to deal with a governmental office that thinks, but never gets around to doing.
