Q: I am strugling to have Documents required to proces Home loan on this project and I have already made required downpayment for a flat. Is this happening with others too?

Hi Rashmi, check with the banks you are trying for home loan whether they have approved the project.. Sometimes the banks approval of a project is needed to disburse loan..
