If a Builder is not a registered firm, can we go for booking?
Q: In case the Builder is not a registered firm, should we go for booking and sale agreement.

Hi Bunty, it is advisable to stay away from those projects..
Thanks Suresh...the project is legally verified by SBI and is nearing completion...however the Builder provided all leagal docs ..except the "Certificate of Registration of Firm By Registrar"
