Look before you buy in this project.Make a informed decision.Kent Mahal Project delayed.When I booked the apartment in 2012 - I was promised handover in Dec 2012.Ultimately the project was handed over in Dec 2013 but apartments still not in a livable stage.NOC hasn't been received and therefore no KSEB connection in the apartments.This is going to take another 4/5 months as per their offices.My apartment walls have already developed cracks. The builder isnt committed to hand over the apartments in time and their customer service sucks.

Hi, Dont go buy their completion Dates.They build ok and deliver but delivery times aren't that great.They have a clause in agreement that handover withing 30 months from the date of signing the agreement. Based on that regardless of the delivery dates that their sales staff tell you - there isn't much that can be done. All clauses on their agreement lean heavily for the benefit of the builder but nothing much for the actual investor. These guys are very fast in trying a getting the payment for the flats but more than a years delay in handing over the apartments. There are 6 towers in Kent Mahal of which two are under construction stage / 4 have been completed but arent fully ready yet / No water connection / No KSEB Power and parking haven't been allot ed yet to the completed towers.Handover has been done but its in unlivable stage since construction work is going on for two towers and that would take some time.You don't want to live with all the workers living onsite.
