Q: I am planning to book a flat in Adithi Pearl.Suggestions welcome

But Aditi that is sold out.. The status of the ad shows as expired. I think the pricing is around Rs 2800 per sq ft.
Flats are still available( 3 BHK's )..Is there anyone who has already booked the flat....I wanted to know if there is any technical /legal issues ....
